1.Welcome to DeccanIAS
Thank you for your interest in DeccanIAS Tests. By using our Services, you agree to these terms (the “DeccanIAS Terms”) and Policies. If ever in conflict, to the extent of such conflict, the DeccanIAS Terms will take precedence over any other terms of the Agreement.
2. Subscription
Once subscribed, you agree to DeccanIAS terms and abide by them. Subscription is for the period stipulated in the Test Series notification.
3. Fees
Fees once received will not be refunded. Refund can claim only if program or course not conducted.
4. Content
Test Series and other content created by DeccanIAS should not be reproduced anywhere without the written consent.
5. Access to the Services
Access to tests is available only to those who have paid requisite fees. Registered users must pay fees to take tests.
6. Using Our Services
Full services are made available only to paid members. DeccanIAS will have the right to delete such user who misuses our services.
7. Changes to Our Services
As and when required, DeccanIAS will have rights to change content of their services.
8. Sharing of Our Services
Sharing of our services for commercial purposes is against these terms and conditions.
9. Privacy
Your privacy will be DeccanIAS priority. No data in your profile will be shared or used for any other purpose.
10. Cancellation Policy
Once you make payment and take admission to course, there will no cancellation.
11. Access to Videos (YoutTube Videos)
DeccanIAS administration can make all/any test series discussion videos 'public' i.e.available to all at any point of time i.e.during test series/after test series.
